KG made a <strong>voluntary public exchange offer, including an additional purchase option,<\/strong> to the creditors of the 5.00% subordinated crowdfunding loan 2021\/2026 for the new 2026\/2031 Bond (WKN: A5GS6W \/ ISIN: NO0013759555, interest rate range: minimum 7.75% to maximum 8.50% p.a.).<\/p><p>Creditors who tender their loan claims for exchange will, subject to allocation under the Exchange Offer, receive bonds of the 2026\/2031 Bond at an exchange ratio of 1:1, plus interest on each loan claim exchanged for the current interest period up to, but excluding, the Issue Date, a cash settlement amount of 1.75% and bonus interest of 5.00%. <strong>The Exchange Period runs from 23 September to 15 October 2026.<\/strong><\/p><p>Creditors will receive <strong>personalised QR codes<\/strong> (including links) by email, which they can use to access a digital subscription form on the issuer\u2019s website and, within the Exchange Period, submit an offer to the issuer to
