KG made a <strong>voluntary public exchange offer, including an additional purchase option,<\/strong> to all holders of the 2022\/2027 Bond (WKN: A30V3F \/ ISIN: DE000A30V3F1) for the new 2026\/2031 Bond (WKN: A5GS6W \/ ISIN: NO0013759555, interest rate range: minimum 7.75% to maximum 8.50% p.a.).<\/p><p>All persons currently holding bonds of the 2022\/2027 Bond are given the opportunity to tender their bonds to the issuer and, subject to allocation under the exchange offer, to receive bonds of the 2026\/2031 Bond at an exchange ratio of 1:1, plus accrued interest and a cash settlement amount of EUR 17.50 per EUR 1,000 of the claim tendered for exchange. <strong>The exchange period runs from 23 September to 15 October 2026.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>The exchange is processed through your respective custodian bank.<\/strong> Bondholders will be contacted separately by their respective financial institutions.<\/p><p>Further information on the bond exchange can be found in the
