With plant drinks based on oat and pea proteins, UNMILK wants to turn the dairy world upside down. Since their founding in August 2020, the “milk rebels” around founder Jennifer Schäfer have been doing their part for the health of humans, animals and our planet. This is because the environmental impact of milk substitutes is enormous: For example, the extraction of pea protein uses up to ten times less water and 21 times less CO2 compared to cow’s milk protein. UNMILK follows a simple motto for all of its products: Taste, health and a clear conscience! In this sense, protein-enriched vegan shakes and oat drinks are offered, among other products, as well as a “do-it-yourself Unmilk” for mixing. This saves up to 90% weight and packaging and protects the environment.
