Clean eating is part of a diet that consciously takes into account the health of the body and the environment. Pink Albatross – Spain’s first brand for plant-based clean-label ice cream – shows that this is not only possible with fruit and vegetables. The idea for natural ice cream was born in the home kitchen of Luke Saldanha and Pepe Biaggio. The two founders of Pink Albatross purchased their first ice cream machine in 2018 and simply gave it a try – on the hunt for an ice cream that offers the taste and enjoyment consumers are looking for, while being as healthy as possible. Today, Pink Albatross is distributed in various European countries, and all varieties offered are naturally vegan as well as free of artificial emulsifiers or stabilizers.
