Indulgence without compromise – a wish that many nutrition-conscious people have. Food should be fun and not unhealthy. Joella Feldhues and Jesko Dannemann, the founding team behind hellotaste, particularly faced this challenge with sauce classics like ketchup or mayo. Because you can also have a healthy BBQ – why then dump heaps of sugar on the plate? in 2020, the two developed the first sauces with their team, and today, they also offer dressings for various light salads in addition to various ketchups and mayonnaises. The taste is in no way inferior to the tried and true – and their products often contain up to 80% fewer calories. The products are currently sold in traditional food retail, but also via the company’s own online store.
