Chef Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne founded the British company in 2008, inspired by a personal goal: to make better gluten-free bread for her son, who has coeliac disease. Although she has since left the business, her idea lives on. Today, Genius offers a broad range of functional morning goods and speciality products through all major UK supermarket chains.
